1. Add new user(s) domain account to requestors security group under BeyondTrust OU.

2. Log into BeyondInsight and navigate to requestors group.

3. Run the sync process in BeyondInsight to update the list.

4. The sync will take about 10 min before the user shows up. Adding user to that group will give them access to Okta tile as well as password safe.
